The accident occurred at around 6:00 p.m. on November 22 on Highway 741, through Chanh Phu Hoa Ward, Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province.
Initial information, at that time, people on both sides of DT 741 heard a very loud noise outside. People ran out and saw an accident between a motorbike and a truck. Two people were lying motionless on the road.
When people came to check, they found a woman over 50 years old dead near the truck wheel. Meanwhile, a man named D.V.H (born in 1972, residing in Tan Binh town, Bac Tan Uyen district) was injured and taken to a nearby clinic for emergency treatment. However, due to the severity of his injuries, Mr. H died later.
At the scene, the motorbike was in the middle of the car lane, about 5m away from the truck. Behind the motorbike was a white styrofoam box. Meanwhile, the truck stopped in the lane next to the eel, the woman's body was near the rear wheel of the truck.

People at the scene said that at the time of the accident, there was a strong storm; it is suspected that a styrofoam box on the side of the road was blown out by the strong wind and hit the motorbike, causing it to fall. At that moment, the truck behind rushed forward and collided with the woman, causing her to die on the spot.
At 8:00 p.m. the same day, the bodies of both victims were taken to the morgue of the medical facility in Ben Cat to serve the investigation.
Currently, the police in Binh Duong have completed the scene examination and are continuing to investigate the accident.
