A motorbike driven by Mr. P.V.T (born in 1988, residing in Lang Trinh, Chan Hung, Hai Phong) from Hung Thang commune to Den bridge collided with a large motorbike driven by N.V.A (born in 2007, residing in Chan Hung commune) in the opposite direction.
