The exhibition "51 years - Epic of Unification" is chaired by Tien Phong newspaper in coordination with specialized units to organize the exhibition at the Exhibition House 45 Trang Tien (Hanoi). The exhibition is built as an emotional journey through images, vividly recreating the 21-year journey of the nation's long-term resistance war (1954-1975).

With 5 chapters of content divided into layers, the exhibition opens up proud emotional "touch points": Chapter 1: Geneva Accords - Separated country; Chapter 2: Iron embankment - Will not to succumb; Chapter 3: Five wings of the army - Speeding towards Saigon; Chapter 4: triumphal march - The country is full of joy; Chapter 5: Ho Chi Minh City today - Creating a new stature.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, journalist Phung Cong Suong - Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper, affirmed: "The exhibition not only recounts history, but puts history into dialogue with the present. Journalism, with the power of images and truth, not only records history but also contributes to nurturing memories and connecting generations. From these frames, we do not stop at remembering, but together continue writing the story of the country in a new era".

He emphasized that through the exhibition, Tien Phong Newspaper wishes to bring history closer to the public, especially the young generation, helping each person not only look back at the past but also appreciate the value of peace and be more aware of their responsibility to the future of the nation.

Also at the exhibition, photographer Dinh Quang Thanh - author of the work "Soldiers of Division 10 - Army Corps 3 conquering Tan Son Nhat airport" shared that the exhibition "51 years - Epic of Unification" affirms the eternal historical value of photos in the war, thereby fostering national pride for future generations.

In addition to the display part, the exhibition also organizes a seminar with the theme "51 years - Epic of Unification: Looking back and proudly following in the footsteps". The exchange gathered many historical witnesses, journalists, photographers and representatives of the young generation such as: journalist, writer Tran Mai Huong (former General Director of Vietnam News Agency); Lieutenant General Nguyen Duc Soat (Hero of the People's Armed Forces, former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army); photographer Vu Huyen; director, Meritorious Artist Dang Thai Huyen and 1st Runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2024 Tran Ngoc Chau Anh. The seminar opened a multi-dimensional dialogue space, where the stories behind the photo were told by the people involved, while also sparking reflections on preserving and continuing historical memories.

The exhibition is free of charge from April 24 to May 3 at Exhibition House 45 Trang Tien. The event is attracting a large number of publics, especially young people, and is expected to become a "bridge" to help generations born in peace deeply understand the values of independence, unity and the aspiration to develop the country.

The exhibition space gathers nearly 90 typical works and collections of photographic works, selected from official sources such as Vietnam News Agency, Associated Press (AP) and many domestic and foreign photographers.
