The company has mobilized 100% of its forces, mobilized all equipment, means, and tools for natural disaster prevention, arranged on-duty forces to meet the requirements of clearing fallen trees and broken branches caused by storm No. 3 from 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2024 with a workforce of about 573 people; 63 vehicles, machines of all kinds, chainsaws, hand saws, other tools and equipment to serve the clearance of fallen trees and broken branches...
As of 3:00 p.m. on September 8, the Company has cleared and ensured the road is clear for over 30% of cases of fallen trees and broken branches. The Company's units have been and are continuing to inspect, review and approach the scene at the locations of fallen trees and broken branches to clear and clear traffic on the streets, clean up the scene and ensure environmental sanitation.
Currently, on the streets, there are still about 50% of cases of fallen trees and broken branches affecting traffic. The Company is currently mobilizing 100% of its 24/7 workforce and vehicles and equipment to handle and clear the remaining cases. The priority principle is in order of handling and clearing to ensure traffic, key routes, main axes, places with agencies, offices, schools, hospitals, etc.
The company will also focus all human resources and equipment to carry out the work of clearing fallen trees and broken branches in the area. It is expected that within 24 hours, the work of clearing the roads in the city center will be completed, and after about 48 hours, the remaining areas will be cleared to ensure traffic on the main roads and streets that the company is assigned to manage.
After that, the work of clearing fallen trees and broken branches, re-erecting trees, and cleaning up and collecting firewood will continue. It is expected that the entire work will be completed within 7-10 days. The firewood collection work will be arranged to gather at locations convenient for transportation such as: Yen So Nursery, Co Nhue Nursery, gathering area at La Pho slope and temporary gathering at Youth Park to ensure progress.
