Captain of the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police - Lieutenant Colonel Le Dang Khoa informed that according to records from January 1, 2025 to present, after Decree 168/2024/ND-CP took effect, the traffic situation has changed significantly, people's awareness of complying with regulations has been improved.
"The operation of the traffic surveillance camera system will help authorities more conveniently manage and handle violations, while raising people's awareness and helping them participate in traffic safely and civilly," said Lieutenant Colonel Le Dang Khoa.

The camera system, management software and data are all integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, helping with intelligent recognition, in line with the 4.0 technology trend.
The external camera system supports traffic regulation by counting traffic volume and vehicle speed to assess congestion, and also has the ability to detect traffic safety violations.
All signals from the camera will be transmitted via fiber optic cable to 3 centers, including: Nghe An Provincial Police Command Center, Vinh City Police Monitoring Center, PC08 Monitoring Center for processing.
