Ms. Nguyen Thi Sau (Phu Nghia commune, Hanoi) and her husband brought food, boiled corn, fans, raincoats, and fast food to eat and sleep on Kim Ma street tonight.
"It's okay if it rains tonight, I'm mentally prepared, just wear a raincoat. In the past, people on both sides of the road were very friendly, giving free cleaning, and were also invited to eat... very warm, said Ms. Sau.
Both husband and wife eagerly awaited the moment they saw military equipment in the parade rehearsal program.

Not only on Kim Ma Street, locations along Nguyen Thai Hoc and Hung Vuong - Tran Phu streets are crowded during rush hour, with almost no empty sidewalks.
"I traveled a long way here to celebrate with everyone. I am very happy, so even if it rains, I have to sleep well tonight, said Ms. Vuong Thi Thu (70 years old, Bac Ninh) while waiting on the sidewalk of Phan Boi Chau Street.
Mrs. Thu and her friends spread cardboard covers, raincoats on the sidewalk and brought hand fans, bread, water... to eat and drink until morning.
