To ensure absolute security and safety for the rehearsal and the Official Ceremony of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, the Guard Command - Deputy Head of the Security Subcommittee of the Ceremony announced the diagram of the arrangement of security inspection stations for the Ceremony and regulations on the use of Invitations issued by the Organizing Committee.
For the rehearsal: Check and control the security of the delegates attending the rehearsal through the invitation (with security stamps) issued by the Organizing Committee.

For the official ceremony: Delegates must wear cards and bring invitations to serve the work of checking and controlling security to enter and exit the area where the Ceremony is held (no cards or invitations will be allowed to enter the stands). Each delegate card and invitation is only valid for 1 person, no other person must be taken with them.
For service forces, organizers, security, press, and technicians: Use personalized big cards to enter and exit for the 2 general and official sessions.

The head of the agency or unit: After receiving the card or badge, the Organizing Committee is responsible for disseminating the regulations, organizing the distribution to each individual under the agency or unit under its management and being responsible for the types of cards or badges received. Each individual must preserve, store and use the card and badge for the right purpose. It is strictly forbidden to forge, illegally use, buy, sell, borrow, lend cards and badges.
In case of loss or damage to the card or badge, it must be immediately reported to the Security and Order Subcommittee and the Guard Command; it can only be reissued when there is confirmation from the agency or unit in charge and the verification and approval results of the Security and Order Subcommittee.
