As Lao Dong newspaper reported, at 4:49 am on June 8, at Km488 of the North - South expressway, Ham Nghi - Bai Vot section, belonging to Truong Luu commune, a serious traffic accident occurred between a truck with license plate 29H-683. xx driven by Mr. Nguyen Van H (residing in Hanoi City) and a truck with license plate 38C-655. xx driven by Mr. Nguyen Huu Q (residing in Ha Tinh province).
According to initial assessment, during traffic, due to truck 29H-683. xx not controlling speed, it crashed strongly into the rear of truck 38C-655. xx traveling in the same direction in front.
As a result, the front of the cabin of truck 29H-683. xx was seriously deformed and completely crushed. There were 3 people trapped in the cabin on this vehicle, including 2 people who died on the spot, including the father and younger brother of driver Nguyen Van H, and Mr. H was injured.
