At the above time, a truck with license plate 29H - 683. xx traveling on the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway in the South - North direction collided with a truck with license plate 38C - 655. xx moving in the same direction.
The accident caused the cabin of the truck with license plate 29H - 683. xx to be completely deformed, trapping 3 people inside.

In which, the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Ha Tinh Provincial Police deployed rescue and relief work.
Accordingly, rescue forces had to use specialized cutting machines to saw and cut the front parts of the truck, and take an injured person trapped in the cabin to the hospital for emergency treatment.
At the same time, 2 bodies trapped in the cabin were taken out and handed over to functional agencies.
