Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son emphasized the urgent requirement to study and reorganize the development space of this area in a modern, synchronous direction, strengthening linkages to effectively exploit the strategic position in the regional transport network.
Mr. Pham Hoang Son requested the Department of Construction to preside over and closely coordinate with the locality to urgently research and develop a master plan for the Kep Station area with a long-term vision and breakthrough thinking.
