On April 1, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and award decisions to transfer and appoint the position of Chief Procurator of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy.
Accordingly, Mr. Pham Hai Anh, Intermediate Prosecutor, Deputy Chief of Office of the Supreme People's Procuracy, holds the position of Chief Prosecutor of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Procuracy. The term of appointment is 5 years, from April 1, 2026.
Mr. Doan Anh Phuong, former Director of the People's Procuracy of Bac Ninh province, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the People's Procuracy of Hai Phong city.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee expressed his wish that the Supreme People's Procuracy will continue to pay attention and coordinate with Bac Ninh province to effectively implement procuracy work in particular and internal affairs in general in the coming time.
Bac Ninh province will always pay attention to and create favorable conditions for the Provincial People's Procuracy to perform its assigned functions and tasks well.
Agencies in the Internal Affairs bloc, departments, agencies, branches, and localities continue to closely coordinate and accompany the Provincial Procuracy sector in maintaining legal order, protecting the rights of the people and the overall development of the province.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Mr. Pham Hai Anh respectfully thanked the trust of the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy, the leaders of Bac Ninh province as well as the support and concern of colleagues.
He said that he would seriously absorb the directing opinions and promised to strive to learn, improve his qualifications, and uphold the political bravery and moral qualities of a procuracy official.
Set an example of the head, together with the leadership collective and all officials and prosecutors of the Provincial People's Procuracy, promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, and build the unit to be increasingly strong and clean.
Strengthening the effectiveness of management, direction and administration, successfully implementing all assigned tasks, actively contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety and socio-economic development in Bac Ninh province.
