    Thai Nguyen - The authorities confirmed that the information about the girl being stopped and kidnapped in a 7-seat car in Pho Yen City was untrue.

    On March 4, the People's Committee of Bac Son Ward (Pho Yen City) confirmed that the information about the permission to stop and kidnapping of a girl in a 7-seat car that caused a stir in public opinion was untrue.

    Previously, on March 3, a video and image of people chasing, blocking a car driver and controlling to rescue a girl was circulated on Facebook, along with a post with the content of kidnapping and leaving.

    Immediately after receiving the information, the authorities verified and determined that the incident occurred in Trung Son residential group, Bac Son ward.

    The authorities recommend that people do not post, share or broadcast related content directly to avoid administrative handling for spreading false information, with a fine of 5-10 million VND.
