The area around the Clock Tower, Vincom is also quite crowded with people and vehicles.
In particular, the road to Bai Chay bridge on the Hon Gai side of Ha Long city has started to be constantly congested. The flow of vehicles from Hon Gai to Bai Chay every time they are crowded to prepare for the 2025 Ha Long Carnival, causing Bai Chay Bridge to sometimes be congested in the lane from Hon Gai to Bai Chay.

Bai Chay Tourist Area Center is constantly congested because of the large number of vehicles and tourists pouring in. The locations where parking is allowed along the road and even the parking lots of Sun Group are almost empty.
Police forces and related agencies are deployed at intersections and crossroads to guide people and tourists and ensure traffic order and safety.
However, Bai Chay beach this afternoon is not as crowded as hot holidays because all roads to the beach area have been blocked to organize the 2025 Ha Long Carnival, so vehicles cannot enter, and it is far on foot.

Ha Long Carnival 2025 will officially take place at 8:10 p.m. on May 1, 2025, at Sun Carnival Square, Bai Chay, Ha Long City.
Like every year, when the festival ends, traveling will be extremely difficult because the number of people and vehicles is too large. At Ha Long Carnivals, many people have to wait until midnight to get to their homes and hotels.
On April 30, the first day of the holiday, Quang Ninh province welcomed about 165,000 tourists, reaching 111% over the same period in 2024.
Ha Long Bay welcomed nearly 16,400 visitors, including about 6,500 international visitors; Sun World Entertainment Complex welcomed about 15,000 visitors; Quang Ninh Museum welcomed about 6,800 visitors; Yen Tu Scenic Area welcomed nearly 3,600 visitors... International visitors entering Mong Cai Border Gate reached nearly 2,900.
