On January 24, Lam Dong Provincial Police held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over 6 houses to households in particularly difficult circumstances in the two border communes of Thuan Hanh and Dak Wil.

The houses are built under the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Lam Dong province. In a warm and affectionate atmosphere, new spacious houses have been completed and handed over to people to be put into use before the Binh Ngo New Year 2026.
Specifically, in Dak Wil commune, Lam Dong Provincial Police handed over 3 houses to households of Ms. Dam Thi Tinh (hamlet 6), Ms. Ha Thi Khan (Thanh Tam hamlet) and Ms. Le Thi Quy (Nam Thanh hamlet).
In Thuan Hanh commune, the remaining 3 houses were handed over to households of Mr. Vo Minh Khoi (Thuan Bac village), Ms. Phan Thi Mai (Thuan Hoa village) and Mr. Dang Xuan Truong (Dak Thot village).

The houses have an area of 45m2 to 96m2, built in the form of level 4 houses, ensuring the criteria of "hard foundation, hard walls, hard roof", suitable for the living conditions of people in border areas.
Each house is supported with 90 million VND from funding contributed by the Vietnam People's Police Sports Association and Novasport Joint Stock Company (Nova Group). The remaining funding is backed by families, along with support for labor days and construction materials from local organizations.
Receiving the new house keys, households expressed their emotions and thanked the leaders of the Provincial Police, local Party committees, authorities and sponsors for their concern and sharing, helping people have stable housing and feel secure in working and producing.
Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Colonel Nay Gia Phu, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police, congratulated the families on having a new home.
Through this, wishing people to continue to strive to rise up in life, well comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; actively coordinate with the police force in maintaining security and order in the locality.
Colonel Nay Gia Phu also acknowledged the spirit of responsibility of the grassroots police force, the involvement of local Party committees and authorities and respectfully thanked organizations and businesses for accompanying the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses with profound humanistic meaning.
