According to the dash cam, at that time, the soil-carrying truck with license plate 15C - 009.01 was traveling from the red light at Km5, Yen Bai City to Le Loi Street (the entrance to the Porcelain Factory). At this time, the man driving the motorbike in the opposite direction suddenly fell down and was run over by the soil-carrying truck. As a result, the victim (about 60 years old) died on the spot.
Immediately after the accident, Yen Bai City authorities arrived at the scene to investigate the cause and regulate traffic.
