On October 5, Yen Bai Provincial Police informed that at around 3:00 p.m. the same day, Mr. Nguyen Chi T (40 years old, residing in Zone 8, Phuong Linh, Thanh Ba, Phu Tho) drove a truck with license plate 38C-003.XX on Yen Ninh road from Center Km5 to the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.
When arriving at the intersection of Yen Ninh - To Hieu streets, there was a collision with a motorbike with license plate 21B1-608.XX driven by Ms. Nguyen Thi T (60 years old, residing in group 5, Yen Thinh, Yen Bai) carrying Ms. Le Thi N (92 years old, residing in Minh Thanh village, Tuy Loc commune, Yen Bai) traveling in the same direction on the right.
The collision caused Ms. N to die on the spot, Ms. T broke her leg and was taken to Yen Bai Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Immediately after the incident, authorities were present at the scene, investigating the cause of the accident and directing traffic.
