On November 25, the People's Committee of Trong Hoa Commune (Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province) said that an accident had just occurred, leaving one person trapped in the cabin and dead.
Initial information, at around 12 o'clock the same day, a truck with license plate 73H-002.xx was transporting cows from Laos to Vietnam on National Highway 12A.
When reaching La Trong bridge (Trong Hoa commune), the car suddenly plunged into the abyss. After the incident, local people and authorities arrived at the scene.
One person in the car (identity unknown) was trapped in the cabin and died.
Currently, authorities are working together to remove the victim's body from the cabin and investigate the cause of the incident.
