On the afternoon of July 1st, Cam Duong Ward People's Committee issued a notice to find the biological father and mother of an abandoned baby boy, after receiving a report from people.
Accordingly, at about 9:45 pm on June 30, people discovered a baby abandoned in Group 16 Nam Cuong, the road leading to the mining site of Vietnam Apatite One Member Limited Liability Company.
Through initial inspection, the baby was male, weighed nearly 4kg, about a month old. At the time of discovery, the baby was wearing clothes, wrapped in a blanket and placed in a carton box on the side of the road, along with a piece of paper.
Functional forces conducted a medical examination to determine that the child's health was stable and no abnormal signs were detected.
Immediately upon receiving the information, the People's Committee of Cam Duong ward made a record according to regulations and temporarily handed over the baby to the family of Mr. Dang Van Hung and Ms. Hoang Thi Hai Anh (residing in Group 16 Nam Cuong, Cam Duong ward) for care and nurturing.
According to Cam Duong Ward People's Committee, the notice to find the child's biological father and mother is posted for 7 days, from July 1 to the end of July 7. If no one comes to claim it after the above deadline, the locality will carry out legal procedures for abandoned children according to regulations.
Cam Duong Ward People's Committee requests individuals and organizations who know information about the child's biological parents to contact local authorities to coordinate in resolving the matter.
