According to information from Quang Ninh Provincial Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, at about 8 am on June 3, 2026, the hospital received information from supervisors of Hoan My Trading and Service Investment Joint Stock Company about probationary employee N.T. T (born in 1962) being on probation at this company, absent from her job position.
Immediately after receiving the information, the hospital coordinated with the company to organize a search.
At about 9:15 am on the same day, this employee was found in the elevator pit area transporting garbage in a state of unconsciousness, purple all over her body.
After that, the victim was transferred to the emergency department. The hospital activated the emergency resuscitation procedure, but no results were achieved.
After the incident, the hospital coordinated with the police agency to protect the scene, serving the investigation, verification, and clarification of the cause of the incident.
Functional agencies are continuing to investigate and handle the case according to regulations.
