People are ready all night to wait for the General parade, the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2 with a high determination, regardless of rain or wind.
At around 8pm - 9pm on August 29, the rain seemed to pour water into the sea, waiting on the sidewalks, along Nguyen Thai Hoc and Tran Phu streets, around the area of Xanh Pon General Hospital. Although all hats, umbrellas, raincoats, even waterproof tarpaulins were prepared, heavy rain forced many people to leave the sidewalk to find shelter.
According to Lao Dong reporters, as soon as the showers arrived, Xanh Pon Hospital immediately opened the door for people to take care of themselves, waiting for the rain to pass. The large number of people has caused the hospital's premises and covered areas to be crowded.

After the rain stopped, at around 11pm, to ensure safety for medical examination and treatment and emergency care for patients, Xanh Pon Hospital announced that people had to evacuate from the hospital premises.
