According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper, from 7pm, thousands of people flocked to My Dinh Stadium to watch 15 cannons being set off simultaneously.
People coming here more and more caused serious congestion on Le Quang Dao Street, forcing vehicles to inject little by little.
Inside the large gathering area, there were many people. Due to the overload, the authorities had to close barriers to limit people from entering.


However, because they wanted to witness the fireworks display on fireworks display directly, many adults, even children, climbed over the fence to enter the large gathering place, despite the danger.
At 8:00 p.m., the big guys in My Dinh Stadium simultaneously set off fire. Outside, the crowd was still stuck, unable to watch live.
Mr. Bui Duy Khanh (35 years old) and his wife and 2 young children went from their house in Cau Giay ward to My Dinh Stadium to watch the fireworks display. However, when he arrived at My Dinh Stadium, he could not find a place to park his car to go inside to watch the fireworks display.
Up to nearly 8pm, there was still a sea of people around me. I really want to take my children inside to see but I am helpless" - Mr. Khanh said.


The family of Mr. Nguyen Ba Ngoc in Dai Mo ward also fell into a similar situation. Although he left home at 6pm, he could not reach the fireworks display area.
On Wednesday, I came here to watch the fireworks display and sat in the stands opposite. Even though it is far away, it is still possible to monitor the entire shooting location. However, today the stands have been dismantled, surrounded by crowded people and vehicles" - Mr. Ngoc said.
The 38-year-old man said that at the upcoming parade and parade preliminary review, he will arrange to go earlier to choose a good location, so that the children can witness the fireworks display of the 45th Artillery Brigade with their own eyes.


After the fireworks display, thousands of people still lingered in the My Dinh Stadium area and Le Quang Dao Street to watch the groups of infantry fighting vehicles and police special forces vehicles from the city center gathering on the F1 racetrack after the second parade and parade.
