On the evening of January 28 (ie the 30th night of Tet), Central Party Committee member, Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary - Nguyen Dinh Trung visited and presented gifts to union members and workers working on New Year's Eve in Buon Ma Thuot city.
This activity is part of the plan of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation to organize care for union members and workers on the occasion of Lunar New Year.
Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung presented 50 gifts to workers of Dong Phuong Environmental Company Limited. Each gift is worth 1 million VND.
Mr. Vu Van Hung - Chairman of Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee also presented 40 gifts to workers of Dak Lak Urban and Environmental Management Company Limited. Each gift is worth 500,000 VND.
Receiving a gift from the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee leader, Ms. Pham Thi Loan (worker of Dong Phuong Environmental Company Ltd.) could not hide her emotion.
Ms. Loan has been working as an environmental sanitation worker for 15 years now. During that time, Ms. Loan has experienced a range of emotions regarding the job she is doing.
"New Year's Eve is when everyone gathers with their families to celebrate the Lunar New Year. We, the sanitation workers, have to stay up all night to sweep and clean the streets, especially on New Year's Day," Loan shared.
According to Ms. Loan, the gifts given on New Year's Eve will give us more motivation to complete our assigned tasks well.
