On September 7, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that the Head of the Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, Digital Transformation and Project 06 of the province has just issued an Official Dispatch requesting strict implementation of discipline and administrative discipline in the working regime of the Steering Committee.
Accordingly, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan - Head of the Steering Committee found that there was still a lack of strict implementation of the "Regulations on the organization and operation of the Steering Committee" regarding the implementation of meetings and work, such as: Assigning deputies to attend meetings and conferences with invited Steering Committee members (including some important meetings convened and chaired by the Prime Minister); some cases were absent but did not report or ask for opinions from competent authorities.
To rectify the above situation, the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Steering Committee requested that members of the Steering Committee, heads of agencies, units and localities in the province must be exemplary and fully attend meetings and conferences according to the provisions of the "Regulations on the organization and operation of the Steering Committee".
In case an individual is busy on a business trip or busy with more urgent and important tasks, he/she must directly report and ask for the consent of the Head of the Steering Committee before assigning a deputy to attend instead and must send the list of registered participants to the Provincial People's Committee Office.
"Members of the Steering Committee must demonstrate responsibility to set an example, the leading role of a leader, be proactive, creative, innovative, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility in leadership, direction, operation, organization, implementation, and drastic implementation of administrative reform , digital transformation and Project 06 at the agency where they work.
Responsible for fully participating in meetings, conferences, work and other activities of the Steering Committee according to the invited members. In case of being busy with work, handling urgent and more important tasks, it is necessary to directly report and ask for the opinion of the Head of the Steering Committee before assigning a deputy to replace him/her and not to assign a department-level leader to replace him/her", the Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee requested.
