When reaching the Nguyen Thai Hoc - Tay Son roundabout, the truck suddenly overturned, crushing and killing 3 people walking on the road.
The victims' identities include: Tran Nhat N (born 2015) and Phan Bui Gia B (born 2015), both residing in Nhon Phu ward (Quy Nhon city); Nguyen Tho Ph (born 1993, residing in Nghe An province).
Regarding the above accident, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan said that the authorities determined that the truck was traveling at a speed exceeding the permitted speed.
