Through inspection, a group of about 7-8 people was discovered having lunch in a camp in Van Canh district. When they saw the Working Group, this group of people quickly fled. At the scene, illegal cutting of forest trees was discovered.
On August 9, 2024, the Working Group inspected the scene of destroyed natural forests and established a record of violations occurring in the above forest area, with a total violation area of 5.89 hectares.

Therefore, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Binh Dinh province requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the two localities to have the Police and District Procuracy coordinate with the forest rangers to investigate and handle the case.
In response to the above suggestion, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan assigned Van Canh district and An Nhon town to direct the local police force and procuracy to coordinate with the forest ranger force to investigate. At the same time, the Provincial Police and the Provincial People's Procuracy were assigned to direct relevant units to investigate and handle the case.
