On August 16, information from the Ministry of Justice said that from August 11 to 13, the Ministry of Justice (Department of Registration of Transactions and State Compensation) has inspected the registration of security measures using land use rights and assets attached to land in Ha Tinh province.
The inspection team was led by Ms. Van Thi Khanh Thu - Deputy Director of the Department of Transaction Registration and State Compensation.
The focus of this inspection is to evaluate the organization and implementation of tasks of state management agencies on the registration of security measures in Ha Tinh.
In addition, to assess the effectiveness of state management activities, the Inspection Team conducted an inspection of the registration of security measures at the Land Registration Office and a number of branches in Ha Tinh.
During the inspection, the Inspection Team worked with representatives of the Department of Justice, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the State Bank of Vietnam Branch, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency, the Land Registration Office and branches of the Land Registration Office, representatives of a number of notary organizations and a number of credit institutions in the province.
The inspection team held a working session to announce the preliminary conclusion of the inspection results of the registration of measures to ensure the right to use land and assets attached to land in Ha Tinh.
At the meeting, Ms. Van Thi Khanh Thu acknowledged the difficulties, problems and proposals of the locality that the Inspection Team received during the inspection process.
On that basis, the Inspection Team will develop, complete and submit to competent authorities to sign and issue the Inspection Conclusion; advise competent authorities on solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management and in the registration of measures to ensure land use rights and assets attached to land, contributing to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the credit market, supply chains in particular and the economy in general.
