However, Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BGTVT has been abolished by Circular No. 50/2023/TT-BGTVT.
Mr. N asked, after Circular No. 50/2023/TT-BGTVT takes effect (March 1, 2024), what documents or standards will apply the assessment of the quality of hard-working plastic (Petrolimex, Shell with a level of submersion of 60 to 70?
The Ministry of Construction responds to this issue as follows:
The repeal of Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BGTVT regulating the management of the quality of road plastic materials used in the construction of traffic works does not affect the management of the quality of road plastic materials used in traffic works.
Technical regulations for road asphalt materials stipulated in Circular No. 27/2014/TT-BGTVT have been stipulated in Circular No. 13567-1:2022 "Road surface layer made of hot asphalt mixture - Construction and acceptance - Part 1: Sturdy asphalt concrete using conventional road asphalt", so after the effective date of Circular No. 50/2023/TT-BGTVT, the assessment of the quality of hard road asphalt ( Provided by enterprises, including road asphalt of Petrolimex and Shell with a sunken level of 60 to 70) is applied according to Circular No. 13567-1:2022.
