According to Official Dispatch No. 1464 /KCB-QLHN of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management (Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management) requesting the Hanoi City Department of Health:
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to urgently inspect, verify, and clarify the reflected content related to "Blindly advising on NMN, NAD+ and unlicensed stem cell infusions" of the above-mentioned beauty establishment, strictly handle violations, and report to the Department of Medical Management before August 7, 2026.
At the same time, the Department of QLKCB requested to strengthen inspection of medical examination and treatment activities and beauty and health care services at establishments in the managed area.
As Lao Dong Newspaper previously reported, in the role of a customer, reporters recorded Kamly Beauty Salon (Kham Thien, Hanoi) advising and offering a series of rejuvenation services such as NMN, NAD+, stem cell infusions,... with prices of tens of millions of VND/cure, although many techniques have not been licensed in the field of aesthetics.
