13 commune-level police units are decentralized to issue and exchange driving licenses, including: Cao Xanh Ward Police, Ha Long City; Cam Trung Ward Police, Cam Pha City; Phuong Nam Ward Police, Uong Bi City; Tran Phu Ward Police, Mong Cai City; Duc Chinh Ward Police, Dong Trieu Town; Quang Yen Ward Police, Quang Yen Town.
Tien Yen Town Police, Tien Yen District; Quang Ha Town Police, Hai Ha District; Dam Ha Town Police, Dam Ha District; Binh Lieu Town Police, Binh Lieu District; Cai Rong Town Police, Van Don District; Co To Town Police, Co To District; Ba Che Town Police, Ba Che District.
In addition to receiving and handling procedures for granting and exchanging driving licenses directly, people can register online on the Public Service Portal.
To receive direct support, citizens can go to counters 49 to 52 on the 2nd floor of the Quang Ninh Provincial Public Administration Service Center and 13 commune-level police stations.
Currently, Quang Ninh Traffic Police do not issue or renew driving licenses by phone. Calls asking for personal information or sending links for procedures can be a scam. People need to be vigilant and avoid being taken advantage of by bad guys.
