According to the Decision of the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, there are 2 department heads who will receive pension benefits from March 1, 2025, Colonel Hoang Quoc Van, born in 1969, Head of the Internal Political Security Department and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son, born in 1968, Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency.
In addition, 8 deputy heads of departments and deputy heads of district-level police volunteered to write a resignation letter from work from January 1 to facilitate the arrangement of the organizational apparatus according to the new model.
These 8 officers include: Colonel Le Cong Khanh, born in 1966, Deputy Chief of Cam Pha City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Long, born in 1965 and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Bao Tan, born in 1968, Deputy Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency; Lieutenant Colonel Le Duc Thang, born in 1966, Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Department; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Son, born in 1965 and Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Van Dung, born in 1967, Deputy Chief of Mong Cai City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Pham Hong Vinh, born in 1967 and Lieutenant Colonel Pham Duc Hoa, born in 1968, Deputy Chief of Dam Ha District Police.
Speaking at the ceremony to announce and hand over the retirement decision, Colonel Tran Van Phuc - Party Committee Secretary, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - acknowledged and highly appreciated the volunteer spirit of writing applications for early retirement from service for 10 comrades, especially Colonel Hoang Quoc Van and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son.
The 10 department-level leaders and equivalent volunteers who wrote the application for early retirement this time are all well-trained and mature cadres in many different working environments, with qualifications and rich practical experience.
Colonel Tran Van Phuc affirmed that voluntary early retirement not only demonstrates courage, sense of responsibility, exemplary leadership, but also great sacrifice and dedication of comrades in the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the Party, State and People's Public Security; at the same time, creating a great influence and motivation for the Provincial Police to best complete the work of arranging and assigning cadres when implementing the new apparatus, as well as the development of personnel projects for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
