Urgently consolidate the organization in new villages
After completing the arrangement and merger of villages according to the policy of the Central Government and the city, many localities in Hai Phong City immediately started to consolidate the Party organization, Fatherland Front and mass organizations, ensuring that activities at the grassroots level are not interrupted.
In An Phu commune, the Bac Phu village Party Cell just held the first meeting after arranging and merging the village. At the conference, the Bac Phu Party Cell announced the decision to establish and launch the Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Work Committee and socio-political organizations of the village for the term 2025-2030, and at the same time organized regular meetings in July 2026.
This is also an opportunity for the Party cell to unify directions and tasks in the new stage after the merger, determine the determination to promote the leadership role of the Party organization at the grassroots level, focus on implementing political tasks, contributing to building a strong political system and better serving the development requirements of the locality.

The urgent atmosphere also took place in Nam Sach commune. After the merger, Don Boi village has 922 households with 130 party members operating in the Party cell. At the first conference, delegates were announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee on appointing the Party Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Village Party Cell for the term 2025-2030.
Mr. Phung Van Dien - Chairman of Nam Sach Commune People's Committee - assessed that this is the first meeting of the Don Boi village Party Cell after the merger, which is of great significance to evaluate the organization, administration as well as the quality of Party cell meetings in the new period.
Stabilize the apparatus, ensure continuous operation
In Gia Loc commune, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune coordinated with socio-political organizations to organize a conference to announce decisions on organization and personnel work after village arrangement.
Accordingly, the locality announced decisions to terminate operations for 13 Front Work Committees of old villages; established, appointed and awarded decisions to 6 Front Work Committees of new villages after arrangement; and at the same time consolidated and awarded decisions to 14 Front Work Committees in villages not subject to arrangement to ensure uniformity in the operation of the Front system throughout the commune.

For the team of officials who have just been appointed in new villages, leaders of Gia Loc commune proposed to quickly stabilize the organization, immediately start working, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, innovate operating methods, regularly stick to the grassroots level, listen to people's opinions so that movements and campaigns achieve practical effectiveness.
Through records in many localities, although newly put into operation according to the new model, the villages after the merger are all focusing on consolidating organization, assigning tasks, and ensuring that the activities of the political system at the grassroots level take place continuously.
Quickly stabilizing the apparatus is a prerequisite for localities to effectively implement development tasks in the coming time.
