According to information from the railway management unit, the incident occurred at 3:48 p.m. on May 23, at the automatic warning level crossing (North - South railway), passing through Dai Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province.
At that time, trucks carrying BKS 36C-304.54 moved on Highway 1A. When going to the crossroads, despite the signal of traffic lights that warn the train approaching, it is necessary to fall down, the bell warns, but the driver still deliberately drove the truck through the railway. When crossing the rail, the truck collided to break.
