    According to the Hanoi Department of Construction, the system of parking lots is widely distributed, concentrated in gateway areas, along main routes and around Ba Dinh Square - where the A80 parade and parade took place. 92 locations are arranged by the Department of Construction and related units, including bus stations, railway expressways, vacant lots, roads and campus of many universities and colleges.
