The Hanoi People's Committee is soliciting comments on the draft Decision on decentralization of granting, adjusting, and revoking licenses eligible for karaoke business services in the area.
According to the draft, the Hanoi People's Committee decentralizes to the People's Committees of communes and wards to issue, adjust and revoke licenses eligible for karaoke business services in the management area for Vietnamese and foreign enterprises and business households that meet business eligibility according to the provisions of law.
The People's Committees of communes and wards are fully responsible for state management of the activities of karaoke service establishments in the management area.
The Departments and branches: Culture and Sports, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Industry and Trade, Tourism, Finance; City Police and related units shall perform state management work in accordance with the provisions of law and according to the assigned functions and tasks for karaoke service business activities in Hanoi city.
This draft Decision takes effect from July 1, 2025, replacing Decision No. 14/2024/QD-UBND dated February 19, 2024 of the City People's Committee on decentralization of granting, adjusting, and revoking licenses eligible for karaoke business services in Hanoi city.
