Recorded in the area of Hoa Long - Long Phuoc commune (Ba Ria city), there was a case of Mr. N.T.H (born in 1965) being hit by a fallen tree and unconscious. The victim was assisted by SOS72 Ba Ria to move to the hospital for emergency care.
Information from Ba Ria Hospital said that patient N.T.H has regained consciousness and his health is stable. Initial testing only showed mild scratches and is being carefully checked for any unusual signs.
Previously, thunderstorms also occurred continuously in Vung Tau City and Ba Ria City in the afternoons of May 31 and June 1. There were 2 cases where cars were hit by fallen trees, causing serious damage.
According to statistics from Ba Ria Urban Joint Stock Company, in Ba Ria City, there are 12 trees on the roads, 52 trees in the park were completely fallen; 6 trees were tilted due to thunderstorms... Cases affecting traffic have been quickly handled.
The reason why many trees have broken is due to prolonged rain for many days, causing weak soil and sudden strong thunderstorms that cause trees to fall.
