On the afternoon of August 30, Hanoi City Police informed about a house fire in Cau Giay ward that occurred in the early morning of the same day.
Accordingly, at about 4:35 am on August 30, immediately after receiving a fire report at house number 7A, alley 55, alley 381 Nguyen Khang, Cau Giay ward, the Command Information Center of Hanoi City Police urgently dispatched 4 fire trucks of Fire and Rescue Teams No. 2 and No. 11 - Fire and Rescue Police Department and 24 officers and soldiers to the scene quickly to organize firefighting and rescue.
After a period of firefighting and rescue efforts, at about 4:52 am on the same day, the fire was completely extinguished, there were no casualties, and the fire did not spread to neighboring houses and upper floors.
The Fire and Rescue Police force promptly rescued and brought 3 people still trapped in the fire to a safe location.
The fire is being further investigated by functional forces to clarify the cause.
