The fire occurred at about 8:40 am on February 11, at a factory in Le Ho Industrial Cluster (Le Ho ward, Ninh Binh province). According to workers working at this factory, at the above time, a fire suddenly broke out inside the factory area, then spread and engulfed the entire factory. The fire burned fiercely with a column of black smoke rolling tens of meters high.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police force of Ninh Binh Provincial Police quickly mobilized 3 specialized vehicles and many officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire.
