The incident took place on the afternoon of February 10th at the tea flower street, near Vo Nguyen Giap Square area.
At that time, a horse mascot suddenly caught fire. Many people tried to put out the fire but failed. Paved with foam inside, the mascot quickly burst into flames fiercely, after a few minutes it was completely exposed.
