Faced with the above situation, according to Lao Dong's investigation, Phan Dinh Phung Ward People's Committee has implemented the project to renovate and embellish Hoang Van Thu street, the section from the central roundabout to the overpass with a total investment of 25.25 billion VND.

The hard median strip and lighting system are being dismantled to redesign the traffic plan.
The construction area is barricaded to ensure safety when the road is crowded with vehicles.
According to the approved plan, the hard median strip system will be replaced by paint, road markings, and replaced with the lighting system.
From there, it helps to expand the road surface for vehicles.
The entire route has repainted road markings and reorganized traffic according to the new plan.
In particular, 4 intersections on the route are adjusted to increase traffic capacity and reduce congestion during peak hours.
At the central roundabout intersection, about 2m of the roundabout sidewalk and a part of the surrounding sidewalk area will be cut.
The current Dong Quang roundabout intersection will be removed.
The new traffic organization plan is being implemented, which includes adding independent right turn lanes. The road marking system, traffic lights and technical infrastructure are being adjusted synchronously.
At the Minh Cau - Hoang Van Thu intersection, an independent right turn lane will be added.
The road marking system has been repainted. The traffic light system and technical infrastructure items have also been replaced and adjusted accordingly.
Chu Van An - Hoang Van Thu intersection, the current traffic light system is replaced.
According to Mr. Ha Quang Khanh - Director of the Project Management Board of Phan Dinh Phung ward, the goal of the project is to organize more scientific traffic, improve safety for people and vehicles, and contribute to embellishing the appearance of the central area.
Therefore, the implementation process must ensure the correct design, progress and technical requirements.
When completed, Hoang Van Thu route is expected to have a reasonable traffic diversion plan, reduce congestion points at intersections, and improve traffic capacity.
Synchronized lighting systems, signals and road markings will contribute to improving traffic safety. According to the plan, the project will be completed by the end of October 2026.
