The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to transfer the headquarters of the old Department of Finance to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; transfer the headquarters of the old Department of Construction to the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; transfer the headquarters of the old Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to the Provincial People's Committee Office for receipt.

When the procedures are completed, the units will move to the newly arranged headquarters.

At the Department of Construction (old), after merging with the Department of Transport (old), officers and employees moved from the headquarters on Hung Vuong Street (Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province) to work at the headquarters of the Department of Transport (old) on National Highway 9 (Dong Ha City).

However, the leader of the Department of Construction said: "When moving to another headquarters, the brothers had to bring all the assets under the management of the unit. There are currently regulations to stop shopping and repairing headquarters, so they must be brought with them for continued use. As for the online meeting room and hall, the newly merged headquarters are available, so we leave them the same.

Arrange to receive the headquarters of the Department of Construction (old), these days, officers and employees of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions are cleaning up to transfer to March 22.

Ms. Ho Thi Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions informed: "The rooms in the new headquarters are empty, the tables, chairs, air conditioners, and cabinets are all taken away, so the unit will have to transport tables, chairs, air conditioners, cabinets, etc. to reinstall. This is quite expensive, especially because it is not synchronized, there are many air conditioners, tables, chairs, and cabinets are old, now there is a breakdown, but we still have to move to a new headquarters".

Regarding the above issue, the leader of the People's Committee of Quang Tri province said that the unit moving to the headquarters must disassemble and reinstall air conditioners, tables, chairs, cabinets... which is unreasonable.
