The owners of these firecrackers are T. and D., both 13 years old.

Parents said that out of curiosity, the children secretly ordered chemicals and fuses through social networks and e-commerce platforms with the aim of making firecrackers according to the instructional videos on social networks. However, realizing the dangers of making firecrackers that could cause damage to the lives, health, and property of themselves and their families, the parents brought all the firecrackers, chemicals, etc. used to make firecrackers to the commune police station to hand over.

An Phu Commune Police made a record to confiscate the fireworks and chemicals for destruction according to regulations. This unit also warned and educated the two teenagers to understand the dangers of fireworks, thereby pledging not to repeat the offense.
