On September 23, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that Ha Trung Commune Police and the Traffic Police Department had just verified and supported a woman with unusual signs of getting lost to her family.

Previously, on the night of September 22, during a patrol to ensure traffic order and safety in Ha Trung commune, Thanh Hoa province, the Working Group of the Traffic Police Department and Ha Trung Commune Police received a report from local residents about a woman planning to jump off Do Len bridge to commit suicide.
Immediately afterwards, the working group quickly arrived and discovered the woman standing close to the bridge with unusual signs. The police and people promptly stopped it, preventing unfortunate consequences.
Through initial verification, the woman was Ms. H.T.T (born in 1993, residing in An Chau commune, Nghe An province). Using professional measures, the working group identified Ms. T.'s relatives and notified the family. At 0:45 on September 23, Ms. T.'s family arrived at Ha Trung Commune Police to complete the procedures to take her home to take care of her.
According to the family, Ms. H.T.T has suffered from mental illness for more than 10 years and has left home since August 1, 2025. The family organized a search but there were no results. When receiving the news from Ha Trung Commune Police, the family was very happy and expressed gratitude to the police force for discovering, informing and supporting Ms. T. to return safely.
