Lieutenant Colonel Y Nem Enuol, Head of Krong Ana Commune Police, said that in recent weeks, the commune police have strengthened propaganda and mobilized people to hand over weapons, explosives, support tools and firecrackers that are still pending among the people.
The implementation process is carried out in villages and hamlets through the grassroots loudspeaker system, distributing leaflets and integrated into the activities of unions and schools.
Krong Ana Commune Police focus on visual propaganda by hanging banners and slogans on main roads, commune center areas, village and hamlet cultural houses, and crowded places. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness and creating a widespread spillover effect in the community.
In parallel with direct propaganda, Krong Ana Commune Police also promoted propaganda through news, articles, images, and videos on the online space.
The content focuses on disseminating legal regulations on the management and use of weapons, explosives, supporting tools and firecrackers; warning of common violations, methods, and tricks.
At the same time, mobilizing people to proactively hand over weapons and firecrackers still stored, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance among the people.

In Buon Ma Thuot ward, the police force has proactively built and implemented the model "Exchanging weapons, explosives, supporting tools and firecrackers for gifts" with flexible and creative approaches.
Through exchanging practical gifts suitable for daily life, the model has created a positive spread, encouraging people to voluntarily hand over dangerous tools such as hunting rifles, homemade guns, knives, swords, cannons and other types of weapons.
