Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee, Hanoi has just issued a notice and propagated to agencies, organizations, households, and individuals about the relocation of trees, crops, assets, architectural works and handover of land area within the boundary that has completed site clearance for the housing project for the armed forces of the People's Public Security Forces (social housing for police officers and soldiers) in area X1, Phu Thuong ward.
For example, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee sent a notice to Ms. T.T.L's family, stating that it is using 73.1m2 of land, of which 23.2m2 of land is within the boundary, and the land has completed site clearance for the housing project for the armed forces of the People's Police in Zone X1, Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi City.
The Ward People's Committee requested Ms. T.T.L to relocate all trees, crops, assets, architectural works and hand over the 23.2m2 land area to the Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee. The deadline for completing relocation is before January 25, 2026.
After that day, if Ms. T.T.L's family does not move all trees, crops, assets, and architectural works out of the land boundary that has completed site clearance work, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee will organize site clearance according to regulations.
Along with that, Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee also sent a notice to Mr. N.V.D's family, saying that they are using a land area of 63.0m2, of which 9.9m2 of land is within the boundary, and the land area has completed site clearance for the project.
The notice of Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee also requested Mr. N.V.D to relocate all trees, crops, assets, architectural works and hand over the 9.9m2 land area to Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee, the relocation time is before January 25, 2026, otherwise it will be cleared according to regulations.
Land plot designation X1 with an area of about 1.73ha, in a favorable location, adjacent, connected to synchronous technical infrastructure of Nam Thang Long Urban Area. The investment scale of the project includes 3 blocks of social housing for police officers and soldiers and 1 block of commercial housing.
