Commune police support returning 142 million VND mistakenly transferred by people

Hanoi - Thu Lam Commune Police quickly verified and supported people to return more than 142 million VND mistakenly transferred to the account holder.

Information from Hanoi Police, Ms. Nguyen Thu Loan (born in 1992, residing in Thu Lam commune, Hanoi) discovered that her bank account suddenly received 142.4 million VND from a strange account. Immediately after that, she proactively went to Thu Lam Commune Police to report to find the owner of the money.

Upon receiving the information, Thu Lam Commune Police quickly verified and identified the person who mistakenly transferred money as Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nam (born in 1982, residing in Xuan Dinh ward, Hanoi).

After completing the necessary procedures, Thu Lam Commune Police supported the two sides to compare information and return the entire amount of money to Mr. Nam.

Receiving the mistakenly transferred money back, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nam sent a thank you letter, expressing his appreciation for the spirit of responsibility and dedication of Thu Lam Commune Police officers in the process of verifying and resolving the case.
