On November 10, the Working Group of Inspection Team No. 1, Ministry of Public Security held a conference to announce the Decision to establish a Working Group to inspect and evaluate aspects of Public Security work and the results of implementing the 2025 work targets for Nghe An Provincial Police.
The conference was conducted according to Plan No. 638/KH-BCA-V01 dated October 20, 2025 and Official Letter No. 9889/V01 dated November 5, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security.

The conference was attended by Colonel Mai Xuan Thao - Deputy Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security, Head of the Working Group; representatives of the leaders of the professional departments of the Ministry of Public Security; on the side of Nghe An Provincial Police, there were Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police; leaders of departments, Police of communes and wards inspected.
At the conference, representatives of Department 1 - Office of the Ministry of Public Security announced the Decision to establish a Working Group to comprehensively inspect and evaluate the results of the work in 2025 of Nghe An Provincial Police.
In his speech, Colonel Mai Xuan Thao emphasized that the inspection aims to substantially evaluate the results of target implementation, serve as a basis for evaluating emulation and advising the leaders of the Ministry to direct the work of ensuring security and order, building forces, logistics - technology in the coming time. He suggested that the members of the Working Group follow the correct process, listen to feedback from the grassroots, and follow instructions on how to remove difficulties to improve work efficiency.
Colonel Dinh Viet Dung affirmed that this is not only an inspection and assessment activity but also an opportunity for the Provincial Police to self-regard, learn from experience and perfect all aspects of the work. He suggested that the Working Group pay attention to guiding and removing difficulties in each professional field, and at the same time acknowledge and commend the efforts of all officers and soldiers, especially the grassroots police force.
Nghe An Provincial Police are committed to closely coordinating, preparing adequate records and documents, ensuring that the inspection work is objective, in accordance with regulations and is effective.
