It can be affirmed that I have been a loyal reader of Lao Dong Newspaper for many years. Since I was a young man, I have loved this newspaper - a sentiment that has been nurtured over the years for many reasons.
First of all, perhaps because I see that Lao Dong Newspaper has a team of dynamic, enthusiastic reporters who love their jobs very much. Although I have participated in many fields and positions, I have seen the image of a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper everywhere. They work seriously, enthusiastically, meticulously in each interview question, carefully taking care of each valuable shape. That made me more confident and appreciate the newspaper.
And moreover, the articles of Lao Dong Newspaper are a bridge between the Party and the State and the people. For that reason, I consider Lao Dong Newspaper as a close friend, a "companion" in the same boat, and fortunately, the Newspaper also favored me. At some point, I became a special collaborator - both a reader and a writer. I increasingly want to tell more stories about the medical industry, talk more about doctors - to work with Lao Dong to convey to the community.
Lao Dong Newspaper is truly interested in the health sector. This reason is also easy to criticize, because it is the number one newspaper for workers, where workers are very interested in health as well as many issues related to policies and health benefits.
I must admit that Lao Dong Newspaper is not only a bridge between Health care and workers, the social community, but also a forum for discussing health policies with the purpose of protecting the rights of health care workers. It is worth mentioning that Lao Dong Newspaper's criticism is both correct and accurate, sharp, and profound, but highly constructive, associated with the interests and lives of medical staff. For those reasons, the criticism was carried out very effectively.
Lao Dong Newspaper also always accompanies in recognizing and honoring the contributions of the health sector. Personally, I was lucky to be selected to be honored twice in the Vinh Quang Vietnam program jointly organized by the Newspaper. I see that the Vinh Quang Vietnam program is almost always without the face of the medical industry, because Lao Dong always respects and promptly encourages the "white- shirted soldiers". I can confirm that Lao Dong Newspaper has accompanied the health sector for many years.
The health sector is a special, arduous sector that needs social sharing and understanding. To achieve that, it must be through the media, which Lao Dong Newspaper has long helped the medical industry very well in that. Therefore, in the coming time, I hope that the Newspaper will continue to pay more attention to the health sector, because that is an area worth paying attention to. The number of workers in the health sector is not large compared to other sectors but has specific characteristics. And Lao Dong Newspaper is a prestigious newspaper, so its voice is of good quality and effective.
As someone who has accompanied Lao Dong for many years, I find it a great honor. And I believe that I will still be a long-term collaborator in the development journey ahead of the newspaper - towards the meaningful milestone of 100 years of Lao Dong Newspaper.

For me personally, before becoming a "collaborator" of Lao Dong Newspaper, I was a long-time reader of the Newspaper.
What I like most about the Newspaper is its updatedness, objectivity, honesty, and especially the reflection of social issues, specifically very diverse health issues.
I am impressed with the way Lao Dong reporters approach the problem, which is always sharp and sometimes direct. The questions were very difficult in the scientific aspect, and also very difficult in the social aspect; directly related to hot health problems, sometimes relatively sensitive at the time of reporting. That reflects a very unique identity of the newspaper, even though it is not a newspaper specializing in health and wellness.
The team of reporters and editors of Lao Dong work professionally, not following the trend of suspense, not exaggerating the truth. They are truly interested in practical information needs as well as readers' concerns. That is the appreciated kindness of journalists.
Lao Dong Newspaper maintains neutrality, enhances the value of society, the health sector, and especially the respect for interviewees through accurate reporting.
My colleagues and I feel that we can put our trust in Lao Dong Newspaper because its reputation has been nurtured and affirmed over many years.
