On August 30, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Dak Lak Provincial Police informed that functional forces had just opened roads and supported bringing seriously injured people to the hospital for timely emergency treatment.
At about 9:30 am on August 29, 2026, during patrol, control and traffic regulation to serve the Dak Lak Durian Festival 2026 at Km1712+500 of the Ho Chi Minh road, belonging to Krong Buk commune, functional forces received a notice that one person was injured and needed to be taken to the emergency room.
At that time, the traffic flow through the area was quite crowded. A pickup truck traveling in the direction of Gia Lai - Dak Lak stopped at the position of the task force. The driver reported that there were injured people on the vehicle, losing a lot of blood and needing to be taken to the hospital as soon as possible.
Recognizing the urgent situation, the task force immediately used specialized vehicles to open the road. At the same time, regulating traffic, guiding vehicles in front to yield, creating conditions for vehicles carrying injured people to quickly move through the crowded area.
Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police force, the injured were taken to Thien Hanh General Hospital for emergency treatment.
Through verification, the victim is Mr. V.T. L (born in 1992, residing in Ea Drăng commune, Đắk Lắk province). Previously, while cutting and pruning a mắc ca tree branch, Mr. L was unfortunately hit by a cutting tool in the index finger of his left hand, causing serious injuries, tendon rupture, exposed bone and blood loss.
