Gia Lai - While on duty, the traffic police force used specialized vehicles to open roads and assist in bringing an 80-year-old woman with a stroke to the hospital for timely emergency treatment.

On June 29, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Traffic Police Department, Gia Lai Provincial Police) used specialized cars to turn on horns and priority lights to guide the way, supporting the timely transportation of an 80-year-old woman with a stroke to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Previously, at about 7:30 am on the same day, during patrol and control on National Highway 19, passing through An Nhon Nam ward, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 was requested to support from a 7-seater car.

Family members said that there was an elderly woman in the car who had a stroke and needed to be taken to the hospital as soon as possible. Faced with the emergency situation, the task force immediately used specialized cars to send horn signals and priority lights to guide the patient's car.

At about 7:55 am, the old woman was taken to Gia Lai Provincial Central General Hospital and was promptly received for emergency treatment by doctors.

The patient is Ms. Luu Thi Mong Dao (born in 1946, residing in Tho Loc 1 neighborhood, An Nhon Nam ward). According to her family, in the morning of the same day, she suddenly showed signs of stroke and was taken to the emergency room.

In an emergency situation, traffic police officers urgently supported and created conditions for my mother to be taken to the hospital as soon as possible, helping to improve treatment opportunities. Our family is very grateful for the spirit of responsibility and dedication of the officers," Mr. Truong Dinh An, Mr. Dao's son, shared.
