Accordingly, at 7:30 a.m. on March 24, the working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6, including Captain Nguyen Tuan Phong (Leader), Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Tien Dat, Captain Trinh Van Duong, who were on patrol duty on the elevated Ring Road 3 route, received a request for support from the driver driving a car with license plate 30L-383.XX.
The driver said that the vehicle was carrying a mother in labor to the hospital. However, due to traffic jams, travel was difficult.
The working group quickly reported the incident to the commander of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 to grasp and assign other traffic police teams to coordinate in paving the road.
The traffic police team used a specialized car with license plate 29A-017.13 to give priority signals, opening the way for the car carrying the pregnant woman to travel a distance of 11km to the hospital safely.
Mr. N.Q.T (wife's husband, residing in Quoc Oai, Hanoi) said that thanks to the support and guidance of the traffic police, his wife arrived at the hospital in time and gave birth safely.
